Be part of the Sticky-note Squad
I’ll be hanging out in your inbox with you, to make your work easier. You’ll get short, useful emails every couple of weeks with a selection box of:
>> Jargon-busting tools and resources to help you manage and fund your work
>> “If you have 10 minutes…” prompts- to get things done in your organisation
>> Real examples from organisations I’ve supported- what we did and why it worked
>> Invites to free live workshops just for Squad members
(topics have included setting up a charity, getting donations, behind-the-scenes with a funder, tackling imposter syndrome, and how corporate fundraising actually works)
>> First access when I release new training or resources
And an invite to be email buddies with me – you can reply to any email and ask those random, tricky questions that Google hasn’t helped with

Plus when you sign up, you get an extra bonus dose of email support for the next 4 months (basically a free taster of my Sticky-note Strategy programme)
If you’re doing a hundred jobs in one and figuring it out as you go, you're in the right place.

Who are you?
Hi, I’m Christina (she/her).
I work with charities, CICs and community orgs to make your work easier to manage and fund.
I have run and successfully fundraised for many organisations, including £4.2 million+ in successful funding bids.
I’ve worked with hundreds of people on their organisation set up, bid writing and strategy, focusing on jargon-busting and making it useful for small organisations.

Why Sticky-note Squad?
My main programme, Sticky-note Strategy, uses visual, creative activities and lots of sticky-notes to make planning for your organisation quicker and more accessible.
When I’ve run small organisations I’ve always had about 20 sticky notes stuck round my screen or my desk with things I really should do but just don’t get round to.
So for me sticky-notes are a symptom of what it’s like to run a small organisation but also a secret weapon in making it more manageable.
Let’s turn those scribbled to-dos into something that actually moves your work forward. Join the squad.
