If writing your annual report fills you with the same level of excitement as organising your sock drawer, then buckle up.
We’re bringing sexy back.
(which means making your annual report more exciting, more useful, and less painful to write.)
This workshop and checklist will show you how to:
🤩 Write your annual report so it’s a page turner not a bore fest
✅ Make sure your annual report includes everything it legally needs to
(there have been big changes in the requirements for charities from 2026)
💰 Use your annual report as a fundraising tool
🤓 Work smarter- so you can copy-paste sections of your annual report to tick other jobs off your list too.
A note if you’re a charity…
What needs to go in your annual report is changing.
The SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice e.g. how you have to do your annual accounts and Trustees Annual Report) has been updated- and if your report covers accounting periods on or after 1 Jan 2026 then there’s new stuff you need to include. This workshop will include a charity SORP specific section, where I’ll give you the speed summary of the changes, what that means you have to add in and how to do it.
If you’re a CIC…
Your CIC34 report (the annual report for CICs) can be pretty brief and still meet your legal requirements.
This training is useful if you want to turn your CIC34 into the kind of annual report you can share publicly, and with funders and partners. The charities have an extra homework bit because their reports are more regulated but if you apply for lots of grant funding or are thinking of converting to a charity- the more you can get in place now, the better.

Online- sign up below and I'll send you the zoom link on the day.
After the live session you'll receive the recording so you can revisit it whenever you need, plus access to all the resources I share in the workshop.
Plus you can ask as many questions as you like in the Q&A community, and you'll get to join Sticky-note Squad, which is my free email support for small organisations doing great things.

Who are you?
Hi, I’m Christina (she/her).
I work with charities, CICs and community orgs to make your work easier to manage and fund. There’s more about me here.
I have run and fundraised for many organisations, as well as setting up the management, reporting and board structures from scratch.
I’ve worked with hundreds of people on their organisation set up, governance, fundraising and strategy. In my previous life running organisations I have worked with and tamed many boards and wrangled scraps of info into decent reports.
When you run a non-profit, you’re often doing it all – and often by yourself. If that's you, then you’re in the right place. Get some support and your questions answered!

Any visual information in the videos is also repeated verbally. The captions for the video recording are checked for clarity and accuracy by me, rather than just AI and the full transcript is available.
In the live workshop we'll look at different charity annual reports and I will provide web links for these. The formats vary depending on the charity.
The resources will be in text pdf with good colour contrast and the checklist is a google doc, but I can provide things as pure text doc if preferred.
Contact me if you have any questions or need further info in advance.
