When it comes to strategy, funding bids or governance, I'm there, but there's obviously other stuff- and other brilliant people- that can support you and your work. So I'm offering some guest workshops.
If you run an organisation you are the leader of that organisation. But that title can come with a whole load of responsibility and then, often, self-doubt. That's where this workshop from Lora comes in.
Most of us feel self-doubt at some point in our lives. Maybe you feel uncomfortable when people praise you, have a habit of down playing your strengths, or you think your achievements are just down to luck. Deep down, you might feel you’re not as capable as people believe or don't deserve the position you are in.
This workshop is for you if:
- you feel uncomfortable calling yourself the leader or founder, in case someone laughs and says "what? you?!"
- You're not used to being the one people look to for answers and it feels weird
- You're doing a good job of blagging confidence, but secretly worrying about being 'found out' or 'getting it wrong' takes up too much brain space.
Lora Krasteva is a personal and professional development coach. In this workshop, she’ll share practical tips and strategies to help you manage self-doubt and grow your confidence.

Who are you?
Hi, I’m Christina (she/her).
I work with charities, CICs and community orgs to make your work easier to manage and fund. There’s more about me here.
I have run and successfully fundraised for many organisations, including £4.2 million+ in successful funding bids.
I’ve also trained 1500+ people in fundraising and organisation set up. My training and resources are always action focused, jargon-busting and high energy so you get the info you need and your questions answered.
When you run a non-profit, you’re often doing it all – and often by yourself. If that's you, then you’re in the right place. You also get access to my monthly email support- Sticky-note Squad, when you sign up to this workshop.
