Live workshop + recording

When fundraising is only one of hundreds of things you need to sort, it tends to be a combination of chucking things out there and hoping, or responding to whatever funding is in front of your face.

And that makes sense, because you're trying to get the money in whenever you can.

But this workshop is designed to help you get a plan in place- without needing loads of extra time.

I’ll share 15 minute exercises you can do there and then- and use afterwards- to make the process manageable!

Each 15 minute activity helps you:

✅ Look ahead and decide what to prioritise

✅ Make the most of the funding opportunities available

✅ Choose types of fundraising that suit your organisation, your community, and your skills

Why a fundraising strategy?

It’s a fancy title and people are always saying you should have one.

But a strategy is just a big word for a plan. So that’s what we’ll make: a plan for what money you need and how you are going to get it.

We’re going to skip the jargon and focus on the types of fundraising and income that work for you. Then make some manageable plans for how you're going to get the cash.

What do I get?

👌 Clear useful info on how a fundraising strategy works- what to include and why

⏱️ No-nonsense 15-minute activities, focusing on different types of fundraising (grants, donations, corporate support, events and more)

📋 A checklist, and fill-in-the-blanks templates

You’ll leave with the outline of your fundraising strategy, a solid idea of which types of fundraising will work for you and practical ideas of how to get started.

If you don't have a fundraising strategy for your organisation and you want to feel like you’ve got it under control, then this is for you.

Who are you?

Hi, I’m Christina (she/her).

I work with charities, CICs and community orgs to make your work easier to manage and fund. There’s more about me here.

I have run and fundraised for many organisations, including £4.2 million+ in successful funding bids (and setting up fundraising systems from scratch).

I’ve worked with hundreds of organisations on their set up, finances, procedures and fundraising strategy. I've delivered fundraising training to loads of people including grassroots community groups and funding professionals.

When you run a non-profit, you’re often doing it all – and often by yourself. If that's you, then you’re in the right place. Get some support and your questions answered!

What about access?

Any visual information in the workshop is also repeated verbally. The captions for the video recording are checked for clarity and accuracy by me, rather than just AI and the full transcript is available.

The resources will be in text pdf with good colour contrast but I can provide things as pure text doc if preferred.

Contact me if you have any questions or need further info in advance.
